The Indianapolis Power and Light company asked Rightpoint (where I interned) to design a new form experience for connecting/disconnecting service. Because this is one of the only touch points a power company has with its users, this form experience can make or break IPL’s relationship with the user. In this project, I was responsible for one of the form design directions(accordion), user testing the design, and for making sure designs were executed correctly in development.
