Indianapolis Power & Light

Redesigning a form experience for a power supply company  in order to leave a lasting impression on first time customers

The Indianapolis Power and Light company asked Rightpoint (where I interned) to design a new form experience for connecting/disconnecting service. Because this is one of the only touch points a power company has with its users, this form experience can make or break IPL’s relationship with the user. In this project, I was responsible for one of the form design directions(accordion), user testing the design, and for making sure designs were executed correctly in development.

“I am so pleased with the work that Eva did for IPL. Her drive, confidence and quality of work confirmed for me that she’s in the right field. The work she’s completed for IPL has been spectacular.” – Marcy Boesen (UX lead)
